Canada Tour 2016 - Ivory playdate dress

So Kate and the kiddos had a playdate in Canada.

So after some interior debate, I thought it would be best to approach this from a 2 piece approach. First the top, I found this top and it fits the bill well with the ruffle at the neck

Pairing the top with a sweet skater / circle skirt will make the replikate complete for another $20 here

So I am at odds with this coat

It is very adorable but something about it made me go....

Sorry the Back to the Future nerd in me came out for a moment....

Back to Replikates. I could not find anything with that sleeve. but here is an option from Amazon that give the same effect for about $50

Canada Tour 2016 - Green Coat

A great repeat in Kate's closet. This coat has amazing line and would look great on all figures.

This replikate has similar lines in the front and back but is not double breasted. Available on Amazon

This one is double breasted and has the same fit lines but lacks the upper flaps. Also is about $60.

I think I love the lines of this dress from D&G, they really show how tiny she is.

If you have some curves to show off this is a dress for you. You will be stylish and sophisticated for about $30.

Not an easy coat to find. If you would want me and my team to make one for you, it is about $350 But if you want one now. Here is an inspired version from amazon for about $40.

If you haven't seen another great site found the scarf on etsy for $16!

Moving onto the shoes here is a great pair available on Amazon.com for about $100

Canada tour 2016 - Hiking outfit

So Kate nailed this look. Side note, I had a coat like this in 2009 my cousin told me to donate it because I couldn't pull it off. Thanks Cousin! Wishing I still had this Michael Kors Coat in my closet.

Back to the look of the day.

Let us go bottom up, because who does not love a good boot. These were adorable with a side ruffle.

Now she had on a blue checked shirt underneath the blue sweater. Here is a great find for about $20.

Now the blue sweater added a preppy feel to the entire outfit that I loved. Here is a great option at $20

So Kate for the evening took on a beautiful red dress by the designer Preen.

Resulting in probably my favorite picture of kate yet. So amazing!

Canada Tour - Red and White Dress Accessories

So the previous post covered the Red and white Alexander McQueen Dress. Now I would like to focus on her accessories.

Repeat on this fantastic watch. This was a gift from William and is Gucci. Here is a great option on Amazon for just under $40.

Now onto the purse, you can see it has perhaps a bow detail on the front but I don't seem to have a clear image of it.

Canada Tour - Red and White Dress

So I have been under my blank blank trying to recover from a stressful week and I thought, I should update the blog! I did miss so much.

Lets start off where I left off with this amazing dress.

This dress is so amazing by Alexander McQueen. As I search I was baffled, of course kate could stump me, mostly. I found this inspired version, it has red, it has tiers, best I could honestly find.

Now, like I said, not 100% happy, well I am repli-kate and I can sew, I this this would be something not difficult to create

So I found this very interesting on fabric.com

Using this top as a guide from the waistline up.

Then at the waist adding a band and using the pleating guide for the layers like this dress from McCalls.

Total cost of the fabric and materials would be right around $30

Canada Tour! September 24th

So we are having another wonderful night in the time of Repli-kate. Here is our girl tonight!

So I love this shape on her and the hat is well placed. The dress of course is a hard replikate. Looking for the seperated collar? ok, 3/4 length sleeeve? maybe. Here is my pic for the night!

Stylin' in red

Kate made another engagement today, this time in a new red number. As a mother of three myself I happen to wonder if this could be one of the dresses in her closet we tend not to see.

The simplicity and the lines are perfect for the days all moms and ladies on the go need for a half up and playing with the children. Now the seaming on this is lovely with the "baseball" cut shoulders and the natural waist with the unexpected hip seaming. If you want something on a budget you can check this number out on amazon:

I would like to take a moment for her watch. This watch was a gift from William and is Gucci. Now like all my peeps out there we all can't have that. Here is a great option on Amazon for just under $40.

The earrings are understated and amazing. I think sone of the best things about Kate's style is that she can understate things just enough that it does not deter from her charity work. A great little earring can also be found on Amazon for $23.00 here.
